Shipping policy

Shipping orders are made for distances over 10 miles from Doral/FL with a minimum order of $50. The cheese breads are shipped in cardboard boxes lined with Styrofoam and added with dry ice in the correct amount according to each location so that they arrive still frozen to the customer. Orders are shipped every Monday so that they arrive on time, as UPS does not deliver on weekends. If there is any problem upon receipt, such as: not receiving the product or it arriving unfit for consumption, please send us an email to frozen2oven@gmail.com with attached photos so that we can issue a full refund to the customer.
